Every part sent back to us goes through the same inspection, from a complete turbocharger to a single nozzle. The result depends on one question: did the fault come from manufacturing, or from how the part was fitted and used?
Faults caused by fitting errors, oil or fuel problems, debris, modification, normal wear or accidents are not covered.

Warranty FAQ
Quick answers about coverage and claims.
How long does the warranty last?
Warranty periods depend on the part category: 12 months for turbochargers, 6 months for turbo cores and electric actuators, and 3 months for repair kits and diesel injector parts.
Do I need my invoice to make a claim?
Yes. The invoice confirms the purchase date and the part number, so keep it for the full warranty period.
Does the warranty cover labour or towing costs?
The warranty covers the part itself. Labour, towing and other related costs are not included.
Who pays to send the part back for inspection?
You send the part to us for inspection. If the claim is approved, we cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement part.
Can a workshop install the part without affecting the warranty?
Yes. Fitting by a qualified workshop is recommended. Keep the workshop invoice as proof of correct installation.
What happens if my claim is not approved?
We share the inspection findings and the likely cause of the failure, and give you a quote if you would like us to repair it.
